Shaping a future that fits all

The world doesn’t need more products. It needs smarter ones. That’s why Metamorfish was born — to challenge the way things are made. For too long, fixed sizes, overproduction and short lifecycles have shaped the textile industry. We believe in something different: solutions that last longer and are designed with real people in mind — regardless of body, size or circumstances. Solutions that support circular models, reduce waste and create lasting value for both the planet and the people.

  • 87%

    Lower carbon footprint

We use more of what already exists. Because sustainability starts with not starting over.

  • +7 years

    Extended lifecycle

Most items wear out of fit, not function. Our components keep them in use year after year.

  • 92%

    Reduction in product waste

Our components stretch the life of every product, delaying disposal and dramatically cutting waste.

  • Our mission

    Not just another fabric

The way we see it, garments, accessories, wearables and medical devices should adapt to people — not the other way around. They should last longer, be reused, and fit more bodies over time. And waste? That should be cut to a minimum. That’s why we do what we do. Our technology reduces returns, simplifies stock and supports resale, rental and circular business models. We’re not just creating another fabric. We’re enabling a new circular system.

  • The company

    Swedish innovation. Global impact.

Metamorfish is developed by Nano Textile Solutions — a deep-tech company based in Linköping, Sweden. With a background in textiles, fashion, and engineering, we develop smart textile systems that redefine fit and function. But above all, we help the industry cut waste and move towards a circular future.

  • The innovator

    From tradition to transformation

Co-founder and CEO Sam Issa grew up in a family of tailors and spent years working along the textile value chain. It didn’t take him long to see the industry’s blind spots: the sizing trap, the waste, the overproduction. He asked two simple questions: Why are garments still locked into fixed sizes? And why do brands need to overproduce to serve everyone? Those thoughts grew into a vision: products that fit better, last longer and waste less. And the rest is history.

  • The innovation

From lab sample to textile revolution

We started small. With a 3×3 cm lab sample, to be exact. A piece of polymer that could reshape itself with heat and remember its new form. Years of prototyping, testing and collaboration turned that tiny sample into a patented technology and a component that seamlessly integrates into everything from riding boots to medical gear. A simple improvement of what already exists — and proof that performance and sustainability can go hand in hand.

  • The technology

    Two threads. Endless possibilities.

At the core of it all are two clever threads. One is a memory polymer that softens and reshapes when heated. The other is a conductive thread that powers the process. Together, they turn static products into adaptive ones. No factory overhauls. No complex systems. Just a smart little upgrade that changes everything.
