How it works

  Select Your Hub

  First, you'll need to choose a shoemaker hub in your local area. This is where your custom panel will be fitted. You'll specify your country, then your city to find an available hub.
  
  You may also have the option to select additional services, such as zipper repair or professional polishing for your riding boots.

  Complete Purchase and Create Account

  Once you've selected your hub, you'll proceed with the purchase of your custom panel. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. After your purchase, you'll be prompted to create an account using your customer details. This account will allow you to track your order and manage your information.

  Fill order form

  The next crucial step is completing the order form. This comprehensive form gathers all the necessary information to create your custom component. You'll be asked to provide:
  
  Product Information: General details about your riding boots.
  
  Personalized Product Information: This section is vital for customization and will require you to take and submit specific measurements of your riding boots and leg to ensure the panel is tailored precisely to your needs.

  Assessment

  After you submit your order form, Metamorfish will conduct a thorough assessment. During this phase, we evaluate your product and the provided information to determine the possibility of integrating the custom component. This ensures that the final product will meet our quality standards and your expectations.
  
  Should our assessment determine that we're unable to integrate the component, don't worry—you'll receive a full refund.

  Submit boots

  Once the Metamorfish assessment is approved, it's time to get your riding boots to us.
  
  You have two options: you can ship your riding boots directly to Metamorfish, or you can drop them off at the shoemaker hub you selected in step 1

• 06

  Adaptation & Delivery

  With your riding boots in hand, the shoemaker hub you chose will sew the custom component onto them. Once the component is securely attached, your boots will be ready to be customized to your unique needs and specifications. You'll then be notified when your custom-fitted riding boots are ready for pick-up at your selected hub.
  
  The whole process takes a maximum of 2 weeks.
